Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice of movement, breath, and meditation that can lead the practitioner into the deeper aspect of their true essence. Most people come to alleviate physical problems, and stay for the relief, peace, and balance that my classes offer. Working with the physical body, we practice asanas (postures) with focus in breath and awareness.
Hatha Yoga Fusion is my combination of experiences, and trainings since my beginning as a teacher in 1994. Over the years, I have developed a therapeutic blend of inner and outer balance, flexibility of movement and thought, resiliency of our core strength and deep relaxation.
I am registered with Yoga Alliance with its highest designation of E500-RYT. I have certifications in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and completion in a year long Anusara Immersion training. I continually train with the world’s top teachers via Yoga Journal Live Events around the country each year.

Informal gatherings on the basics of therapeutic grade essential oils and their usage are offered on a regular basis for all levels. We’ll begin where you are and explore what else is possible. Essential oils are shared, discussed, and experienced.
Come and enjoy some peppermint brownies, lavender lemonade, a mini Aromadome session and a complimentary Zyto Compass (biofeedback) reading.
